My handicapped husband had a flat tire at Walmart and was parked in the area of the automotive section. He had asked if someone in automotive could help him get the tire off his car so that he could buy a new one. He could not drive the car for the tire was shreaded and driving on the rim would have caused more damage. We asked for a manager and told her my husband was handicapped. We told her the problem and she told us that no one could take the tire off in the parking lot because it was a liablity. Walmart wouldn't even let him use... read full review »
