I had to wait 6 days for a tech. to come to me house. He was suppose to be here between 10-2. He called at 2:45 to say he could not make it. Sears rescheduled my appt for the following week. This total unaccpetable. Especially when this happened to me last year. When I had to wait 4 weeks because the guy order the wrong aparts and I was never told up front. And in both cases I have had a service contract with Sears. If this is the way you treat your customers; How do you stay in business? I will never buy anything from Sears again. And will tell everyone I know of the lousey Service. read full review »
