I am not the most knowledgable individual when it comes to computers, although, I do know enough to realize Geek Squad is not who they want you to think they are. Geek Squad wants you to think they are your friend and that they will be there to pick you up if something happens to you. This is NOT TRUE! I purchased a computer and a service plan with Geek Squad.
