I signed up online for Directtv, for a 'special online offer' of a reduced rate. I decided to cancel the order for varying reasons. Within minutes I was contacted via phone by one of their reps, inquiring why I was canceling. The rep offered an additional $5.00 reduced price per month bringing my bill to $44. After waiting more than two weeks and one cancellation of the installation date without notice by Directtv. I got service on the 9th of the month.
