I had an old Verizon Unlimited Data plan that I wanted to continue after it expeired. I recommitted in Feb 10'. I have now found out that because I exceeded 5g's of download that my service is reduced to dial up speed and I have been turned over to the fraud department. I used 6 g's the month before and 5.5 g's the previous month - that was all it took for them to reduce my service. Someone HELP - I do not see how this is leagl... Has this happened to anyone else?
