I know there are some financial institutions that are willing to help people during these difficult times but this one is anything but helpful. First of all after my husbands serious health problems and he became disabled they said we did not qualify for any assistance on our mortgage payments then recently they took out our automatic payment on the 1st of the month when I specificaly told them to wait toward the last day due.
