I purchased a Konami DDR Universe game for the Xbox 360 this Christmas. After about an hour of game play on the 25th, I unplugged the pad by the USB port and received a fairly strong electric shock accompanied by, what to me, smelled like burning electronics in the game pad. I promptly notified Konami via their online form for warranty issues on the 26th. It has been, by my count, 45 days and there has been nothing actionable.
