Apparently I'm not the only one who was denied one of their fabulous rebate offers. Today I was told my rebate was closed, even though I've called three times for the status after watching an 'in process' for several months. The operator asked me "Why did you wait so long to call? We only show one call and now it's too late, your application is closed."
