This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I was forced to use them with my apartment complex. When I got stuck in my 1year contract I also tried to get the internet. The technition came out and said my hardware was not compatible with the internet service. So I could not have it. Now I have problems with my DVR and Direct Path will not send anyone out to repair it because they say I owe 400.00 for internet service.
