I recently purchased a spa cover from Affordable Spa Covers .com. I was out of town when it arrived so an employee received it for me. Upon returning, I noticed a hold in the box caused by a forklift. I contact Kay at Affordable Spa Covers who claims they have no record of my purchasing a cover and that I needed to prove that I did. I addition to a photo of the damage, I have supplied her with a photo of the box label with Pro No..
