Well, Verizon hits a new low. I bought The Fios "triple play". After struggling with equipment problems(both of the major components were defective and had to be replaced) I was billed incorrectly. I bought during the $ 69.99@ month special. When my bill came it was $50 more and when I called, I was told that I had not ordered during that period.
