Our dream turned into a nightmare with Janks Construction. After two years in arbitration, which we won, we learned that Janks used an illegal contract, took a much bigger deposit than allowed by law, used unlicensed sub contractors, breached the illegal contract, and did work that in multiple areas failed to meet building codes. As of 3/18/08, Janks has failed to pay the amount awarded us by the American Arbitration Association. read full review »
