June 22, 2010: I bought a house in 2008 and just found out that the A/C unit is completely out of freon. I have a 5 ton unit, which holds about 10 lbs of freon. When I first called Air-Art, "Chuck" told me that I was under a five-year parts/labor warranty, but because they were not in my city, I would be charged a fee of $120 just to have them come out and look at it.
