I was first approached by ADT who installed my alarm system. Then another company took over the monitoring SDI I think and these people are out of business--at which point Castle Rock took over the system--My system has not been hooked up for a month because of landline problems that I cant afford to fix--Castle Rock has not tried to contact me about this problem as I was told they wouyld if they couldnt monitor..I have contacted them today and was told that my contract had been renewed for a year because I did not send a letter in on time... read full review »
