I had taken my father shopping, and he requires one of the mobile scooters to get around the store, and on more than one instance the door greeter has been really rude about it. Every time a family member goes to get the chair or take it back he says rude, tacky things. Complaining to the manager repeatedly has done no good. He even commented to another employee about 'how lazy' my father was and that ' he doesn't even need it'. I don't understand how not having a right leg below the knee doesn't justify using a power chair. read full review »
