We were an AT&T customer for more than 5 years (with 5 lines total) and from September 2009-Jan. 2010 they were charging us over $500 for 5 lines and they kept saying it was because we were going over our min however we weren't and we were charged each time we called our own voicemail. We attempted several times to get this resolved without any luck. Since we were unable to resolve the issue we switched to Verizon.
