I am so angry with Citi Mortage. They scammed my husband out of property that he only owed 7-8 years on an original mortage. They didn't try to help him get a loan modification. They requested income verification, and other documents, we faxed over this information at least 2-3 times. You never talked to the same person and they are about the nastiest people I have ever dealt with. They actually told us not to send in any payments, but to wait until we heard back from them.
