Customer of Directv for many years. We had to cancel service due to sale of home. Called Directv to disconnect. Spoke with a customer service rep and she transferred me to a person in higher command, his name was Chris. I explained to him that we had sold the house and he looked up our account. He said that he was sorry to see us go, but because we had been such good customers there would be no disconnect fee.
