Trying to get first payment back.As advertised on tv as 60 day money back guarantee.I sent back via UPS. Have proof of delivery. Company says I never returned it, I used credit card company and they are now involved in mess.They say the company has 45 days to respond to Not only that.. They put me in collections when they couldnt get the second pyment out of credit card as card terminated when fradulant charges appeared on same bill...ontel Williams as hes their spokesman on tv.
