I can't believe I got scammed- I'm usually very skeptical and careful. A very friendly young man ("24") who said he had spent 6 years in the service and now was attending Syracuse college was selling magazine subscriptions door to door. He said he needed to raise money for a wonderful opportunity he had won to intern at the BBC in London. His father was making him earn the money for this trip since it cost over $8, 000.
