My DSL goes out so frequently, especially on weekends, that I have been unable to work on my online Microsoft Access Certification classes that were provided by Microsoft's Elevate America program. I am very low income but pay for this DSL service that is necessary for me to do these online classes, among the other online tasks that are so essential to 21st century job searching. It is very distressing to pay so much and get such poor service in these deserate times. read full review »
