After purchasing a large flat screen TV from Sears, installation took about four weeks. Salesman never informed us we needed to purchase wall mount. We informed the salesman when we purchased product that we wanted a wall mount and when the final day arrived for installation, they sent one guy! Had to reschedule again! Sears called back and asked for another $189.00, plus the $139.99 we already paid for installation.
