I purchased a Ford F150 with a conversion kit called Monogram, the day I drove the vehicle home I noticed vibration on the steering wheel and also noticed pivoting on the chrome rims. I called the salesman Luis Damas and took the vehicle to service for high speed balance. After numerous attempts to balance the rims, it never balanced correctly.
