We've have had horrible service with the company. We've been paying for service for the last year on a system that doesn't work. So when our contract was up I was going to cancel my service. I called around a month ahead of schedule to see what I needed to do to cancel. The lady informed me that I was 3 days too late. I needed to have a letter in writing stating that I wanted to cancel 30 days ahead of my contract date. Who does that???? I was only 3 days late.
