Has anyone noticed that the majority of complaints of poor customer service and long delays in shipping of purchases are from Americans? It may be possible that they do not like Americans and are trying to run us off as customers. I also noticed even small countries and remote area's seem to receive their product quickly and have no complaints read full review »
