Upon the return of your vacum I was charged 150.00 when I called to see why I was told that it took me too long to return the broken unit. It matters not how long it took to return the unit but I feel it was inappropriate for your company to charge after the fact. And is this is your policy I should have been charged earlier not upon return of the product. This is poor customer service to day the least. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges as I feel you cannot charge someone twice for a unit that isnt worth didly to begin with... read full review »
