Not sure how this is possible...My husband and I are attempting to buy our first house. It is a short sale through Bank of America, risky I know. They signed the contract in April 2010 along with the seller and our selves. The terms were very clear and stated several times in correspondence with the bank. The day before we were to close, Bank of America (the BAC office - whom is very difficult to reach) is now saying they will not agree to the terms. We were supposed to close by the end of June.
