I made the mistake of placing an order for a special occasion on you proflowers.com The flowers arrived half dead and were totally dead the next morning. see the 2 pictures below. one if on arrival and one is the morning after (16 hours) I called customer service to let the know and the woman on the call was not apologetic at all. here response, very non apologetic was, i will terminate the call on you if you are not professional.
