I purchased a jersey for my husband which was too large so I had to return it. I called and asked the best way to return the product. The woman I spoke to stated to place packing slip in the package with instructions on what I was wanting to do, which was return the item and get a refund. I returned the item and got delivery confirmation that it was received in their facility on May 26th, and I still have not received a refund on my account. Every time I try to call the number I get a busy signal or a message that says to call back during normal business hours. read full review »
