On December 12, 2009, I bought a brand new Cell Phone LG Model KS360. Also at time of purchasing this phone your sales person said the product has one month in-store limited warranty as well as one year manufacturing limited warranty by LG Canada, so if anything will happen I can contact LG to resolve the problem.
