Ordered some Robinair guages from this companys website, they showed the item was "available" and would ship witin 24 hours. All they sent was a non replyable email showing the order info. A week goes by, no shipping email, no product. Email their customer service email to inquire about the order status, no reply. A day later call their 800 number, get some frazzled sounding woman on the phone, ask her what the order status is, she says "I don't know."
