We were told that installation of storm windows would begin at 9:00AM June21, 2010. By 11:30AM began trying to contact Windows by U to find out why they had not showed on the appointed time. Only person we talked to was a woman who could not answer any of our questions and could not contact anyone in the company to get with us.
