I had Safelite out and 6, 000 miles later the windshield cracked. We all know the jingle "Safelite repair, Safelite replace". The work is guaranteed except they fail to tell you in the commercials that after your deductible it is replaced free of charge. Oh and by the way if the trim is damaged you replace it, not Safelite. Plus there is a $4.95 charge which I still couldn't get an answer to what that was for. Sadly when the work was originally completed the repair guy asked my wife to read and sign the paperwork.
