I never recieved this product, and then discovered a charge of 87.47 on my bank account. I called them. They insisted I recieved the product and gave a usps tracking number. They said the 10 day trial begins at the date of order, so it's really a 5-7 day trial (if you ever receive the product). They refused to reverse the 87.47 and 3.87 charges. I have a usps investigation going on now to find out what happened to the original trial package, but I'm going to pursue an FBI fraud complaint. I urge all of us to do the same. Be sure to refer to this forum with the FBI, so they know the scale at which this company is defrauding consumers. read full review »
