I have been receiving a call from an 866 number for a few days on my cell phone. First of all, I rarely give that number out. Secondly, I rarely answer my cell phone at work. I finally answered today and a man asked to speak to me. I said I was "at work and could not take the call, was there a number I could reach him back at".
