We purchased an Intex 18' x 52" Ultra Metal Frame Pool in late May 2010 from Toys R Us. The timer feater on the filter pump that came with the pool (Intex Pump Model 635T) stopped working after 3 days. I contacted Intex and submitted my claim, and they sent out a replacement pump immediately. However, the timer feature didn't work on the replacement pump either!
