We have been denied by our Mortgage Co. for a modification, that mod by lawyers was handling. We went to their office on 6/22/10, spoke with the person thats handling our account. He refered us over to the Attorney Mr Stewart. They said we did not supply all our information to them once we got a temporary modification, therfor we are not entititled to a refund. We did mail all information into their officel. We never heard from them after are temporary modification was approved. Now they are blaming us for not contacting them.
