Verizon has cost me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! Disconnected my service not once...but TWICE...all for a simple nuber move from one location to another. There "Customer Service" is a joke! There Techs are rude and arrogant and they have NO IDEA of what they are doing! I have spent a minimum of 30 hours on the phone with their customer service only to be left on hold, lied to and out right deceived.
