Horrible customer service . When you call they assure you that your refund will happen in 1 bussiness day and every time you call them they will have the same reply that your request is being processed and will take the next day to complete but 10 days and nothing .Finally gave the transaction for credit card dispute and the amazing thing is after the bank called them I got the refund within a few hours .Please beware and do not do business with them . And if you do please keep every record possible even the chat screens and email responses for them. read full review »
