I tried to buy and download a software program through Broderbund four times, each time I received an error message and was unable to complete the transaction. Still, Broderbund billed my account for each attempt. I have attempted to get a refund through several Emails, still no response. They have a number for ordering, but not for more complicated issues. Surprisingly poor service for such a company, and I highly doubt they will deliver a refund. read full review »
