Bought a side skimmer for our pool. cashier took items out of box, a part was not put back in!! We live 35min from store. Called...waited, spoke to three people...no one could find missing item...said we must have lost it ourselves!! Finally when I asked to speak to a manager, never found him, they said they would open another one and give us the missing item!!
