Scheduled a repair for Sat. afternoon We came home Fri. found a sticker on the door telling us to reschedule. Called the service center in Texas talked to Romeo who was very rude and hung up on us, because we were upset and he would not reschedule the repair. Finely got someone to come out on Sat. He was there fo 10 min. said he had to order a part and would be back when it came in. Going on two weeks now, still not repaired. We have always been a Sears customer, but there service department has been outsourced. I will not buy the maintenance agreement again! read full review »
