High Fashion Floors (AKA Reason Floors) is completely dishonest in their dealings. After submitting my order and charging my credit card they've failed to deliver my order. I've been unable to contact them by phone (all extensions), email, and fax. I found the home numbers for this family run business (the Reason Family) and left messages. I found my salesperson via Facebook and called his cellphone at 6 am - he said he doesn't work there anymore and back-tracked all over the place.
