Yesterday I returned a Pur 3 stage faucet filter which I purchase at this store in April. It has cracked and is shooting water out the side. This has happened before and the return department was very obliging and polite and exchanged the product. Yesterday, the clerk sent two employees to look at the product while I was trying to find a duplicate for exchange and then questioned me how the cracks occurred.
