I got a coupon in the mail for air duct cleaning and scheduled an appointment for the services between 2pm-4pm. I called in the morning of to ask for a courtesy call prior to the tech arriving because of an unannounced appointment. Well, i got the call from the tech alright. I was told that he was sitting in front of my house. He asked how long would it take to get to my house.
