I purchased a Ulta Chi a few months ago. Approximately 2 weeks ago, it would not work when plugged in...I tried numerous socket location, pressed the reset, etc. I went back to the Ulta Store I purchased it from...No, I did not have a receipt. I understand the policy that they could not just trade me a new one. The manager was shockingly rude. All I asked was what were my options. It had cost me over $140. I asked for a phone number for customer service since they had no answers...She just blew me off...I spend lots and lots of monies there... read full review »
