I usually never shop at Sears for any large appliances, this day I did and to my dismay, the apliance never worked! That's just the beginning... I called Sears Customer Services to inform them that the appliance did not work and was told that the earliest that I could have a repairman at my door was 1 week later! Sears did offer to pick-up and replace the item in question but that was also scheduled for 1 week later. That was simply not good enough.
