We purchased a heat pump from Sears in 2008 - the air conditioning unit has never worked for more than a few weeks at a time - we have had 8 different technicians attempt to fix it, each one leaving with a different explanation, too much freon, not enough freon, celluloid switch, compressor, pressure regulator - receive emails from the [email protected] confirming the unit is fixed and problem resolved.
