They're greedy for money and the customer service sucks. I downgraded my service and now the channels are not coming in all of sudden it says searching for satellite 771 never had a problem before called custome service and tech soupport for a week now. They want me to pay to have someone come out and fix the problem I don't think so its not my problem to fix your signal problems and I'm not paying for it. They can cut it off at this point. read full review »
