Got home to find my power shut off on the hottest day of the year to date. Called Allegheny and they said that becuase I had opted out of the "budget plan" for a monthly plan, that my due date had changed and I was 5 days late, plus they no longer were required to give me any grace period. After arguing that I had a bill showing I was current, they agreed to send someone out to turn it back on.
